No new anti-gun laws and No new gun control laws that are not approved by NYSPRA and other groups.

                                        MAIN POINT: No expansion of the Assault Weapons Ban

SUPPORT
A05093: Eliminates the pistol and revolver ballistic identification databank. The program has cost up to $4,000,000 a year and registered over 92,551 guns with no gun connected to any crime. We have wasted between $13,000,000 to $16,000,000 on this program in 4 years.
A1536A/S2742: Junior Pistol licenses to persons between the ages of fourteen and twenty to permit training, target practice, hunting and shooting competition by such persons; provides that such activities be undertaken in the company of a lawfully licensed or exempt person.

AGAINST
A2466: Amends the definition of assault weapon, ends grantfather clause and bans sale or transfer of many guns used in hunting, competition and personal defense.
A3371: Ends grandfather clause and bans all ownership of most semi-automatic guns.
S2445: Adds additional weapon models to the definition of an assault weapon
A4471/S2950: Bans 50 Caliber guns
A6111: Contains wording that would include any gun with a barrle of more than .50 inches, such as many shotguns, some handguns, black powder and rifles, as "DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE"

A00968: Expands CoBIS to include rifles, shotguns and all firearms that do not eject a shell.

Hunting Open up more state owned lands for hunting, fishing and trapping and promote and provide incentives for counties to open up lands including private lands.
We restate that we are opposed to the development of any State owned property and the closure of any hunting lands and parking access spaces.

RULES
1. The bus is provided only for Federation members and invited guests.

3. Any TV video to be allowed must have the approval of the participants, and the unedited video will be the property of the Federation.
4. No signs will be allowed during meetings
5. The President of the Federation is authorized to exclude from any meeting anyone who fails to follow these rules or proper decorum.
